These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the coaching services ("the Service") offered by DOIA LTD, trading as "The Lean Operating Protocol" ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By booking a call, purchasing a coaching package, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By engaging with us, you confirm that you are medically fit to undertake a fitness and nutrition programme, or that you have consulted a qualified medical professional before doing so. We are not medical professionals, and nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice.
3. Nature of the Service
The Lean Operating Protocol provides fitness coaching, including personalised training programmes, nutrition guidance, accountability check-ins, and progress tracking. The Service is educational and coaching in nature. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or dietetic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
4. Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury. By using the Service, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity undertaken as part of the coaching programme. You agree to follow guidance responsibly and to stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other adverse symptoms.
5. Booking and Payment
Consultation calls are booked via our scheduling tool and are free unless otherwise stated. Coaching packages are paid in advance of or during service delivery, as agreed at the time of purchase. Prices, packages, and payment schedules will be confirmed with you directly before you commit to a paid programme.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation call with reasonable notice via the scheduling link provided in your confirmation email. Refund eligibility for paid coaching packages will be set out in the specific agreement provided to you at the point of purchase. Any results-based guarantee referenced on our website (such as continued coaching until a stated outcome is achieved) applies only where you have followed the programme as directed and is subject to the specific terms communicated to you individually.
7. Results Disclaimer
Testimonials, transformation photos, and results shared on our website and marketing materials reflect genuine outcomes achieved by real clients, but individual results vary based on factors including starting point, effort, adherence, and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results except where an explicit, individually agreed guarantee has been provided in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, the Lean Operating Protocol system and materials, is the property of DOIA LTD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOIA LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any client who violates these Terms or engages in conduct we reasonably consider harmful to our business or other clients.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
